HeadWay (or your own team depending on your preference) pre-screen, perform employment checks, job match, and shortlist candidates for interviews.

The HeadWay team will schedule and manage face to face or online interviews for you to confirm the suitability of our selected candidates.

Offers

Now that you've chosen your new medical staff, you will need to issue an offer letter before we proceed to the next stage of the application process.

Our team will work with your chosen candidates to get them compliant. We will arrange the deployment dates with you once they are ready.
